지구단위계획
도시계획구역의 일부에 대하여 토지이용을 합리화하고 균형적인 도시발전을 위해 도시의 기능, 미관을 증진시키며 도시관리가 가능하도록 계획하는 것을 말합니다. We promote the creation of urban balance, design guidelines and codes to enliven the urban area and promote new districts, and integrate large-scale development into historic urban areas.
